What to expect

During this 3 hour mini-retreat, you'll cosy up with plenty of blankets, bolsters and yoga mats in Montpellier-based yoga studio, YogaSara.

You'll boost your wellbeing through aromatherapy, blending and tasting fresh, cleansing spring herbal teas, and nourish the body and mind with a nurturing, gentle yoga session with experienced yoga instructor and psychotherapist Marianne Swift.

Medical Herbalist and Aromatherapist Ellen will guide you through creating an aromatherapy blend to support you through spring, as well as a bespoke organic tea blend - both of which you’ll be able to take home.

You’ll then receive some more deeply restorative yoga practice with Marianne along with hands-on aromatherapy massage with Ellen and finally, you’ll sink deep into rest with a guided Yoga Nidra relaxation with Marianne.

You should know

Participants are encouraged to bring anything that makes them cosy and comfortable. Mats, blankets and bolsters are all available at YogaSara but please bring jumpers, socks and more, we actively encourage it so you’ll be as warm as cosy as possible.

You'll also need to have layers which allow access to your shoulders, neck and upper arms for the massage section of the retreat, and perhaps wear something you wouldn't mind getting oily.

ALLERGIES AND HEALTH CONDITIONS
For your safety and wellbeing, please email us if you are pregnant, have allergies or a health condition as we’ll be using a range of natural herbs, foods and oils in the session.
