You should know

Participants are encouraged to bring anything that makes them cosy and comfortable. Mats, blankets and bolsters are all available but please bring jumpers, socks and more, we actively encourage it so you’ll be as warm as cosy as possible.

You'll also need to have layers which allow access to your shoulders, neck and upper arms for the massage, and perhaps wear something you wouldn't mind getting oily.

Allergies and health conditions

For your safety and wellbeing, please email us if you are pregnant, have allergies or a health condition as we’ll be using a range of natural herbs, foods and oils in the session.
